ImmerseLearn’s PV Associate program prepares students for careers in solar energy with immersive VR simulations and structured online learning. In just 15 weeks, students gain practical skills and technical knowledge to succeed in the fast-growing solar industry.
Through VR, students practice real-world solar tasks—designing and maintaining PV systems in simulated job site environments. The program includes instructor-led videos, 3D demos, e-learning modules, weekly assessments, and a final evaluation.

We provide every student with a Virtual Reality (VR) headset, enabling hands-on training in Application, Sales and Economics, Design, Installation, and Maintenance and Operation from day one. Through VR simulations, you’ll gain real-world experience, developing the skills necessary to navigate industry challenges, from understanding PV technology and system components to financial considerations, system layout, installation procedures, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Earn an OSHA 10-hour certification from the U.S. Department of Labor as part of the program.
