Our Career Services team works closely with each student after program completion to help them transition confidently into real-world employment. Support continues throughout the job search process, with the goal of helping every student move into a career aligned with their training.
Students may enter the workforce through two primary pathways:

Students complete their training program and successfully pass the applicable certification or credentialing exam.
Career Profile Setup
Students complete a detailed career profile in the Immerse Learn Career Services platform, including experience, location preferences, and employment goals.
Resume Creation
Using the information provided, our platform helps generate a professional resume, which is then reviewed and refined with support from the Career Services team.
Guided Job Search & Support
Career Services specialists work directly with students using our platform, including regular check-ins and weekly calls to review applications, progress, and next steps.
Employment Placement Support
Career Services continue working with students through the hiring process and remain engaged until the student secures their first job.
