Hands-On Hybrid EV Technician Training with VR Simulations
Are you ready to accelerate your career in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) technology? Our HEV Technician program equips you with the practical skills needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving automotive industry through Hybrid Electric Vehicle Training. Through the use of cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) simulations, students gain immersive, hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing both internal combustion engines (ICE) and electric systems in hybrid vehicles.
Each student receives a VR headset with interactive modules simulating real-world HEV challenges. You’ll work with hybrid-specific diagnostic tools, interpret system data, troubleshoot common ICE and electric faults, and practice critical high-voltage safety protocols.
Key Modules in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Training:
- Hybrid vehicle diagnostics, OBD-II and CAN/BUS communication
- Troubleshooting ICE issues: sensors, timing components, mechanical faults
- Diagnosing electric motor systems and rotor/torque imbalances
